The TRENDnet TPE-TG82ES is an innovative 8-port EdgeSmart Gigabit PoE+ switch intended for small to medium-sized networks that require efficient power and data management. With eight Gigabit PoE+ ports and a 64W PoE power budget, it can offer up to 30W per port, making it perfect for VoIP phones, IP cameras, and wireless access points. TRENDnet Network Switch has a 16Gbps switching capacity and assures smooth data transmission. Its fanless metal body delivers silent operation and can be wall-mounted for flexible deployment. The TRENDnet TPE-TG82ES 8-Port PoE Switch's user-friendly web-based management interface enables VLAN configuration, QoS priority, IGMP Snooping, and static link aggregation, hence improving network performance and security. This TRENDnet TPE-TG82ES 8-Port PoE Switch is compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standards and supports advanced networking protocols such as IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, port-based VLANs, private VLANs, asymmetric VLANs, and voice VLANs. It also has five user-defined OUIs for VoIP applications. Quality of Service (QoS) elements include port-based QoS, 802.1p Class of Service, stringent priority queue scheduling, and weighted fair queueing. The TRENDnet TPE-TG82ES 8-Port EdgeSmart Gigabit PoE+ Switch has bandwidth management per port and supports rate limiting to a minimum of 8Kbps. IGMP Snooping v1/2/3 optimizes multicast bandwidth by blocking unknown multicast sources and can support up to 32 multicast groups. Additionally, port mirroring allows for network monitoring, while storm control avoids network congestion. The TRENDnet TPE-TG82ES PoE Switch prioritizes performance, with an 11.9Mpps forwarding rate for 64-byte packets, a 192KB RAM buffer, and a 4K MAC address database.
