Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed if:
- We are unable to deliver the item
- The returned item is approved after inspection

- Processing time: 5-10 working days
Warranty Claims
For warranty-related issues:
- Please bring/send the product with the invoice and warranty card
- Manufacturer warranty terms apply
- We will assist in sending the product to the service center
